WASH CLUB FAQ
HOW DO I CANCEL MY WASH CLUB?
We understand circumstances change and you may wish to cancel your Wash Club. To cancel, please email us (cancel@aquacville.com) at least seven (7) days prior to the next billing cycle. Otherwise, we will process the request for the subsequent billing cycle.

Note: Annual Wash Club members may cancel at any time. However, we do not offer any partial refunds if you choose to end your membership before the end of your current billing cycle.
WHEN DO YOU BILL?
Annual memberships are billed at the time of purchase and are good for one (1) year from date of purchase. Annual memberships are discounted from the monthly price so that you are paying for ten (10) months of service while receiving twelve (12) months of membership service.
WHAT IS THE BENEFIT OF PAYING ANNUALLY?
For customers looking for the best value, we have the option to pay for a full-year of Wash Club access up front.

The cost is the same as paying for ten (10) months of membership access while receiving one (1) full-year of access. So, you are getting two (2) months FREE!

Note: All Annual Membership sales are final and there are NO REFUNDS should you decide to cancel for any reason. Additionally, Annual Memberships are NOT ELIGIBLE for any discount pricing (i.e. military, LEO, etc.)
ARE THERE ANY EXTRA BENEFITS TO BEING A MEMBER?
Yes. There are a few!

-
Mon-Sat unlimited access
-
Dedicated Appointment Booking slots
-
10% discount on all upgrades

Rain Policy:
Aqua Cville DOES NOT have a rain policy for regular wash customers. Members have a "built-in" rain policy just by having their membership active for Unlimited wash access.
